Erewhon x SoCal – Grocery Delivery Pilot: Your First Order Guide

Welcome to the Erewhon x SoCal Grocery Delivery Pilot! We’re thrilled to have you join us in exploring this convenient new way to shop for your favorite groceries. This guide will walk you through placing your first order with ease. 

To start your grocery delivery experience from Erewhon Market:

Set Up Your Account

1. Open the Erewhon App – Recommended method is to download from the App Store, or you can visit https://erewhon.com/shop.
2. Login or Create an Account – If you’re using the app, simply log in or create a new account. If you’re on the website, click the upper left corner to log in or sign up.
3. Important – Set your order for Pickup at Culver City. Your order will be delivered to you.

Placing Your Order

Explore their wide range of fresh produce, organic products, and gourmet items. From pantry staples to specialty goods, they’ve got you covered. Simply click on the products you love to add them to your cart.

1. Important: First, add “SoCal Delivery” to your cart. This step is necessary to enable the cart-building process.
2. Build Your Cart: When selecting items, please be aware that the following cannot be delivered and will be removed if added:
3. Tonic Bar: All items, including smoothies and coffees, are unavailable.
4. Café: Most café items are unavailable except for Cold Proteins, Cold Sides, Sandwiches & Wraps, and Bakery items. Note that sushi, pizza, breakfast items, and hot bar selections are not available.
5. Frozen Section: All frozen items, such as ice cream and frozen fruits, are unavailable.
6. Flowers: Flowers cannot be delivered.

Checkout Process

Once you’ve gathered your items, proceed to checkout. They offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience.

1. Visit Your Cart – Head over to your cart and click on the checkout button. If you haven’t already created an account, please do so now.
2. Pickup Location – You’ll see Culver City listed as the pickup address. Leave this as it is.
3. Important Step for Delivery Time – Select the last pickup slot on Friday, August 9th, from 8:20 PM to 8:30 PM. This selection does not indicate when you’ll actually receive your items. Your order will be delivered on Saturday, August 10th, between 10 AM and 2 PM.
4. Secure Payment – Make sure to complete your payment during checkout. Use the code SOCAL10 to enjoy a 10% discount on your order!
5. Delivery Address – Fill out the form with your address for where the groceries should be delivered.

Confirmation & Delivery Details

1. After placing your order, you’ll receive an initial confirmation email. Kindly disregard the displayed delivery date and time.
2. Look out for a second email confirming your Saturday delivery. If this email doesn’t arrive, please contact jessicah@erewhon.com.
3. On Friday, expect a text notification when your Erewhon shopper begins shopping for your items. You’ll be able to adjust your order and communicate directly with your shopper.
4. You may receive a text indicating your order is ready for pickup; please ignore this message.
5. You will receive updates and a tracking link when your order is dispatched and upon delivery.
