Spicy Apple Pie
Aroma and fluffy apple pie with spices will keep you warm on a cool fall or chilly winter evening. Tender, spicy, with juicy apples inside, the benefits of this delicious baked product are endless, and what’s very import, it is fast and easy to make. Instead of apples you can use pears, peaches or nectarines that will also taste great. Consider adding spices of your choice. Serve the pie with tea, coffee or a glass of milk.

Ingredients:
- Butter - 150g
- Powdered Sugar - 200 g
- Eggs - 2
- Ground Cloves - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
- Flour - 200g
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Apples - 2-3 medium size
Step 1
Whip butter of room temperature with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Add eggs one by one to the butter mixture.
Step 3
Whip until the mixtures becomes fluffy and gets some whitish color.
Step 4
Combine spices, baking powder and flour.
Step 5
Sift flour with spices into the butter mixture.
Step 6
Mix the pastry so it gets uniform and with no lumps.
Step 7
Peel the apples, remove the apple core and cut in thin slices.
Step 8
Oil the baking pan.
Step 9
Put half of the pastry into the baking pan and place the apples on top.
Step 10
Place the rest of the pastry onto the apples and bake in the oven preheat to 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
