No visit to the movie theatre can do without popcorn, let alone going on a movie night or even just watching movies at home with the family or friends. We often watch movies together at the weekend and it is one o our family traditions. Sitting together on a big couch and eating popcorn we feel themselves close as a family and discussing fun or thrilling moments is a common movie watching experience for us. Since we all enjoy eating popcorn each of us still has his own favorite brands. Its hard to say which popcorn is better and which one is worse because it is a matter of individual taste. Here I will show popcorn we purchase most often.

1. 365 by Whole Foods Market Organic Classic Salted Popcorn.

This is 100% wholegrain organic popcorn that ensures unforgettable movie night experience. It is just perfect with the right amount of oil and salt, crispy and nourishing. Best snack between the meals and when you need to eat on the go. We often shop at Whole Foods and this popcorn is always in my shopping list to make sure it is ready for our Friday movie night.

2. Nutrisystem Movie Night Snack Pack Cheddar Cheese (10 Piece Set)

A popular diet subscription plan Nutrisystem also has snacks including popcorn that are offered for sale at Amazon. A 10 piece set costs $24.99 and includes 5 zesty herb snack mix packs and 5 cheddar popcorn servings. You can purchase Nutrisystem Movie Night just occasionally or subscribe to get it delivered on the regular basis. I don’t subscribe but prefer ordering it about once a month on Amazon. I like to switch brands and feel bored eating the same food all the time. Nutrisystem snacks make a perfect alternative to our favorite Whole Foods Market Organic Classic Salted Popcorn. It’s nice to have not only popcorn in the set but also salty zesty herb snack mix to switch to. Since it’s a diet product it is low in fat and calories, so you’re not going to blame yourself for eating too much popcorn during your late-night movie watching experience.

3. Pirate’s Booty Aged White Cheddar Puffs

Affordable and delicious, this Target staple is my son’s favorite to go with the movies. He says it’s delicious, light, fluffy, and the cheese tastes just right, much better than the same snacks by other brands. He can easily eat the whole bag of these in one sitting and ask for another so I would say the puffs are rather addictive. In other words, they taste too good, and your hand keeps reaching for more, as a result you tend to eat more of these yummy puffs. You had better learn to check yourself.

4. SkinnyPop Original Popcorn.

Also available at Target and other grocery chain stores, SkinnyPop has no artificial ingredients and is gluten free as all the brands above. Like Nutrisystem popcorn Skinny Pop also has lower calories which is good for those who are on a diet. It’s fluffy, with nice flavor and not too salty. SkinnyPop popcorn is crunchy and tastes really fresh. I like it most of all because it tastes just right for me, and I may not worry about gaining weight after the movie night.

5. Jesser Evil Snack Pack Organic Popcorn with Himalayan Pink Salt.

This popcorn is also among our favorites. I like the fact that the ingredients are simple, organic and are compatible with healthy eating principles. With extra-virgin coconut oil and Himalayan salt Jesser Evil popcorn is light and delicious at the same time. Someone may resent its slight coconut flavor, but we like it and actually it is not strong. If you haven’t tried it before I definitely recommend it.
